Class 10th Matric Exam Passed from Any Recognized Board in India.

1 Year Diploma in Cooking / Culinary Arts

3 Year Cooking Experience

Age Limit

• Minimum Age : 18 Years.
• Maximum Age : 27 Years.
• Age Relaxation is applicable as per rules.

• General / OBC / EWS: ₹400
• SC / ST / PH: ₹200

Fees can be paid via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking only.

1. Written Test (120 marks total)

• General Knowledge (30 marks)
• Cooking/Culinary Arts (70 marks)
• Minimum qualifying marks: 60% in each component

2. Practical Trade Skill Test (70 marks)

• Includes cooking skills and hygiene

3.Interview (30 marks)

Total Marks: 200
Minimum Qualifying Marks: 60%

• Test Duration: 90 minutes
• No Negative Marking

Test Centres: 17 centres across 16 states (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata). Candidates must choose 3 preferred centres. If a centre has insufficient candidates, they will be shifted to an alternate centre.
