1. Registration on BOAT Portal: Candidates are required to enroll on the BOAT’s official web portal at [https://nats.education.gov.in](https://nats.education.gov.in). It is essential that their enrollment is verified by the Regional Board.

2. Application through Establishment: After successful verification, candidates need to apply through the Establishment named VEHICLES RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ESTABLISHMENT (VRDE).

3. Establishment User ID: Use the user ID WMHAHC000001 on the portal when applying.
