Role Overview
The Manager II, Transformation will play a pivotal role within the Business Solutions Team under the PerformCX vertical, taking full ownership of the AAL (Advanced Analytics Layer). This position has been established to drive impactful execution across key business metrics, including REACH, USAGE, and ROI.
The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing strategic initiatives focused on product enhancements and addressing bug fixes to continuously improve the product’s performance and user experience. This includes collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and ensuring that enhancements align with overall business objectives.
Additionally, the Manager will lead the creation of a Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the tool, ensuring effective positioning and messaging in the marketplace. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex business challenges and drive initiatives that deliver measurable results.
Key responsibilities include
- Owning and analyzing key business metrics to assess product performance.
- Developing and executing strategies for product improvements and enhancements.
- Coordinating with technical teams to manage bug fixes and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Crafting a comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy to maximize product impact.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align product development with business goals.
