Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage multiple Client Relations inboxes, ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate and complete Client/Investor requests.
- Onboard Investors in internal systems and Helios after fund closure or transfer.
- Create and maintain Client/Investor contacts and user access rights in Helios.
- Set up and maintain wire instructions in the internal system.
- Work independently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure accurate uploading of Investor/Managed Fund documents to the Document Management System (DMS).
- Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to improve systems and processes.
- Understand client-specific needs and build strong relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
