Role Overview
As a Process Associate in Content Moderation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of online content. Your responsibilities will include reviewing content based on established guidelines, resolving issues, and providing insights to enhance user support. You will also need to handle sensitive material and work on a flexible 24/7 schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate content to ensure compliance with quality standards and guidelines.
- Resolve issues effectively and offer insights for process improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Handle potentially sensitive content, including graphic violence and hate speech, with care.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule, including alternating shifts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduate (Postgraduate degree is an advantage).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
